These terms apply when you use this website and when you book a treatment with Earth Angel Reiki. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Earth Angel Reiki is a sole-trader Angelic Reiki practice run by Amy Chapple, based in Barnstaple, Devon. You can contact us at earthangelreiki.ac@gmail.com.

Our treatments

We offer Angelic Reiki as one-to-one sessions at our Barnstaple studio or as a home visit, and as group bookings for occasions such as hen dos and birthdays. Gift vouchers are also available. Prices and details shown on the website are correct at the time of publishing but may change; the price confirmed with you at the time of booking is the one that applies.

Booking & payment

Enquiries made through the website are not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you directly. Payment method and timing (including any deposit for group bookings) will be agreed with you at the time of booking.

Cancellations, rescheduling & lateness

If you need to cancel or rearrange, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment so the time can be offered to someone else. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, may be charged. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so it still finishes on time. We’ll always be understanding about genuine emergencies.

Home visits

For home visits we ask for a quiet, private and safe space to carry out the treatment. Travel is charged in addition to the session price, depending on your location, and is confirmed when you book. We may decline or end a visit if the environment isn’t safe or suitable.

Group bookings

Group sessions are charged per person as shown on the website, plus a set-up fee and travel. We’ll confirm the total, any deposit, and what’s needed (a quiet private room) when you book. The person making the booking is responsible for payment and for sharing these terms with their guests.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise, can be redeemed against any session, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Please quote the voucher when booking.

Health & wellbeing

Please tell us before your session about any health conditions, pregnancy, or anything else that may be relevant, so we can look after you properly. Treatments are given in good faith for your relaxation and wellbeing, and no specific outcome is promised.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, to arrive in a fit state for a relaxation treatment (for example, not under the influence of alcohol or drugs), and to treat us and, for home and group bookings, our surroundings with respect.

Our responsibility to you

We will provide our treatments with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss or damage that is not a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms.

Using this website

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. All content on it, including its text, images, logos and design, belongs to Earth Angel Reiki or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. We try to keep the site available and accurate but can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites (such as Facebook or Google Maps), we’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their own terms and policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
